The cut-off date to book the hotel with our group rate is November 19th.

Is there a WhastApp Group Chat?

There is an announcements only chat, to make sure there's no spam and only important info is passed on to you guys. We will use this chat to also keep you posted throughout the event.

Are there party passes?

There will be no party-only passes or single evening passes available for this event.

Can I get my passes at the door?

All passes must be purchased through Danceplace, even if you are at the door.

​

Is there FREE parking?

Yes, when you check-in at the event we'll have free parking passes to give you.

​

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable. Tickets cannot be rolled over to the following year.

I can't make it anymore. How do I transfer my pass to a friend?

To transfer tickets please contact us us through our Facebook page or by email (find both under the Contact menu) with full names and emails of both parties and the confirmation of paid transfer fee.

There is a $25 transfer fee to transfer your ticket (can be sent through CashApp to $brunofae11.
Ticket transfer deadline is November 15th, 2023.

Are there party themes?

Saturday Party theme - Christmas Ugly Sweater!
Wear your favorite Xmas themed sweater, t-shirt, leggings, high socks or santa hat.

This will be the only themed party at our event.

Can I Venmo/PayPal you for Jack & Jill?

All Jack & Jill tickets must be purchased through Danceplace so you're connected to the BZDC database.

How do I meet other attendees and find roommates?

Join our Elevation Zouk Hangout facebook group to connect with other attendees, latest updates and room shares.

Are there places to eat close to the hotel?

There are a bunch of food options within walking distance (2-5 mins away).

How can I be a vendor at Elevation?

We have a total of 5 vendor spots. You can get a Vendor pass through our ticketing system. Please contact us on facebook or email us for more details.
